- 4-6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Kodiak Cakes Baking Mix
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil to coat skillet
Instructions
**Use loaf baking pans (like the ones you make banana bread in) for the dredging.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat while you prep the chicken.
- In one baking pan, pour 1 cup of milk. In the other mix Kodiak Cakes baking mix with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
- Dunk the chicken completely in the milk.
- Transfer chicken Kodiak Cakes mixture and coat completely. Place on a plate until each piece of chicken is coated.
- Pour olive oil into heated skillet to coat the bottom. CAREFULLY using tongs, place chicken in oil. Oil will be hot so be careful.
- Cook each side for 2-5 minutes, until crispy. Cut into the thickest chicken breast to make sure it’s cooked all the way through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.

- In a large bowl, mix together the muffin ingredients until a batter has formed.
- Evenly pour batter into each muffin cup, filling them almost to the top.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Lightly sprinkle the mixture over the batter in each muffin cup.
- Bake for 17 minutes, or until the muffins are firm to the touch and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 3 minutes in the pan, then remove and finish cooling on a cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!

2. In one baking pan, pour 1 cup of milk. In the other mix Kodiak Cakes baking mix with shredded Parmesan, salt and pepper.
3. Take your chicken and dunk it completely in the milk.
