Double Ups | 12 | Rock Hard Core Exercises
- Suck in your lower abdominals! Reach and Stretch tall at the top! Like a sit up with outstretched arms.
Russian Twist | 12 Alternating | Rock Hard Core Exercises
- Use a hand weight if you want some added difficulty! Again, sit up tall and SUCK IT IN as you twist side to side.
Plank Dips | 12
- Keep your stabilizing arm right under your shoulder. Stack your feet and dip your hip all the way to the floor. Alternate sides.
Hip Dips | 12 Alternating |Rock Hard Core Exercises
- With your body in plank position, drop your hip all the way to the right, then all the way to the left. this one feels AWKWARD!!! But it’s GREAT for your obliques!
Bicycle Crunch | 12 Alternating
- Like the Romanian Twist, but get those feet up and ride your bike! Twist side to side as you pedal. Use a hand weight for added difficulty.
Mountain Climbers | 20 Alternating | Rock Hard Core Exercises
- In push-up position, alternate “running” legs as you pull your knee to your chest. Add a little bounce to get your energy up!
Plank Taps | 12 Alternating
- In plank position, lift alternate arms. Keep your abs in!!
