The last week of school is the perfect time to step back, look back and look forward. We have an amazing packet for you filled with ideas for Last Week of School Activities Packet 2020! This was a year to remember… ahem, Covid-19, Coronavirus, remote distance learning, mandatory homeschool. From Kindergarteners to 5th Grade to Graduating Seniors, our kids need a huge celebration! Sometimes it’s hard to know what to do, so we’ve taken out all the guesswork for you! Our packet is filled with questionnaires, letter to future self, gratitude letters for teachers, ideas for building your child’s self-worth and confidence, and tons of celebration ideas for Graduation 2020.
What is in the Last Week of School Activities Packet 2020?
We have created a beautiful packet based on 5 character building principles: Reflection, Gratitude, Community, Goal Setting, and last but certainly not least Celebration. We have built in to this packet activities for each day based on these principles. Make sure you plan ahead for Day 3, where you will want to have family members (parents, grandparents, siblings) and close friends answer questions about your child. This is a day-maker! There is nothing like hearing nice things from those you love to make a kid feel special.
Last Week of School Activities Packet 2020- The Details
Day 1: Reflection
You will have your child fill out our fun questionnaire about their year! It was an interesting one they will always want to remember!
Day 2: Gratitude
They will write a fun, funny gratitude letter that their teachers will love. Our template in the packet is primed for some fun answers!
Day 3: Community
Make sure you planned ahead for this one! You will want to email out the questions to grandparents, family members and friends before hand. This is a special day filled with lifting and loving on your child. This is one of our favorite days of the year!
Day 4: Goal Setting
Using our prompts for what each paragraph should contain, they will write a letter to their future selves.
Day 5: Celebration
For us and for them! We did it mommas! You did it kids! Woot, woot!!! We have filled this day with all sorts of celebratory activities. Including THE BEST cupcake and frosting recipe, a crown template, an awards template, and a “Last Day of…..” sign.
