Side-to-side hop squats | 12 | At home leg workout
Push that bum out! Squatty Potty form! Stay as low as you can the whole time. Great for quads and glutes!
Alternating forward lunges | 12 | At home leg workout
Don’t let your knee push over your foot! That’s a recipe for disaster. Try and get that back knee as close to the floor as possible! Great for quads and glutes!
Alternating leg slides | 12
Again, get that butt pushed out! Squatty potty! You don’t need to slide down very far or you might not get back up! Slide that foot out, pull it back in, then alternate! Great for thighs and butt!
Marching wall sit | 30 seconds | At home leg workout
Sit as low as you can! You’ll want your legs to be at a 90 degree angle. Quad burner!
Side leg lifts w/ weight | 12 each leg
Yep, you guessed it! BUTT OUT! Keep both legs bent a little. AWESOME outer thigh burner!
Single leg deadlifts w/ weight |12 each leg
Keep both legs mostly straight. Keep your core tight to hold your balance! Drop your arms down as low as you can. You’ll feel this one everywhere!
Calf Raises | 25
Easy Peasy! Hold on to those weights and get on those toes! If you’re not feeling it, DO MORE!
