1- Make Family T-Shirts
Start your family fun off by letting the kids decorate shirts they can wear all week! Family T-Shirts that can be personalized however they’d like! They’ll have fun with Tie Dye , Puff Paint and heck, you could even BeDazzle them! A fun kids creative activities at home.
2- Family Pizza & Movie Night
This idea NEVER gets old with kids! My kids would be happy watch a movie and eat pizza every night of their lives! To make it a little extra special, have the pizza delivered if you usually pick up. Better yet, make your own pizzas and treats! Let the kids put ALL the blankets and pillows in the family room and make the ultimate bird’s nest while they watch some fun movies. 10- Make Play Dough, Slime, Bubbles or other Messy Crafts
Crafts can be messy and time consuming, but plan in advance to endure the craziness. Try and relax and have some fun with the kids! If you’re lucky, the weather will be nice enough to do some crafting outside! This is a great kit for HUGE BUBBLES!
11- Put a Big Puzzle Together as a Family
Depending on the age of your kids, you can get a harder or an easier puzzle. This makes such great family time sitting around a table. One of the most perfect fun activities for kids to do at home. If you have a 200+ puzzle, you could put it on a card table and work on it periodically through out the week. It’s also fun to have your family’s favorite classic movies on in the background.
12- Paint Rocks and Hide Them
Kids of all ages love doing this! All you need is a rock from your yard and some paint. Kids are so creative and it’s fun to watch them put their creativity to work and let their minds soar! After you paint the rocks, you can hide them around your town for other people to find, or just hide them in your own yard!

Sidewalk chalk is always fun for kids. There are so many things you can do, hop scotch, four square, create a race track or simply draw fun pictures. The options are endless with sidewalk chalk!
