Let’s face it… Snack time is ALLLL the time now. And I, personally, am tired of my kids being hopped up on all the food I bought when I stocked up when I thought the world was ending. Here is a list of the best, kid-approved, kid-friendly healthy and delicious snacks that are so easy to make. I’m so excited to share with you 12 healthy snacks your kids will love! The key to a healthy snack is to try to use clean ingredients and always include a protein, a fat, and a carb so it sticks with them longer. Protein Balls. Protein Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Protein Banana Bites. Packed Muffins. Lunchable Bites. Healthy Shakes.
