It’s an easy thing to say; but try hard to stay calm. Get the essentials in the stores or even look on Amazon. You will feel better if you have a little food storage in case you are quarantined; it will give you some peace. Keep checking your Coronavirus symptoms.
We have some ideas of items you should keep on hand that serve multiple purposes.
How to Prepare for an Emergency Pandemic.
The most important thing you will want to do is keep your family healthy. Over the years I have found my favorite things that have helped keep us from getting sick and what actually works.
We have three of these air purifiers in our house and we have loved them. It PURIFIES THE AIR: True HEPA filter captures 99.97% of dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, and household odors. 2- E-cloth.
I love to clean with these rags and I have been using them for almost ten years! E-cloth kills 99.9% of germs and they clean the surface better than using any other cleaning products. The best part about these; you can just throw them in the wash. You don’t have to worry about buying more cleaning products and when there is a pandemic, the products at the stores are so sparse. Sometimes you can’t even get access to them. In turn these cloths save you so much money and time!
3- Castile Soap.
You can use this stuff for washing your hands, body wash, face wash, washing dishes, and more! I have also been using this for about ten years. This is all we use for washing our hands and I loved using this for washing my babies. I use a foam soap dispenser and refill it with 1/3 Castile soap and the rest water. Shake it up and use it for your hand soap, face wash, and body wash! I buy the large bottle and use that to refill the soap foaming dispensers.
4. PROBIOTICS.

It is important to talk to your kids about an emergency and a pandemic. Talk to them about how they are feeling. Help them navigate their feelings so they can feel safe and loved. Our kids can easily feel our panic and stress. It is important that we teach them about Corona Virus (COVID-19) and how to stay healthy.
