I love to grab any mixture of tomatoes from my garden, pull out an onion, grab a few peppers (Anaheim and Jalapeño) and throw this together for an awesome snack or to make my lunch or dinner just that much better.

Easy Homemade Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
– 8 Large Tomatoes (I count a handful of smaller ones as one large)
– 1/4 – 1/2 Medium Onion (I like sweet yellow, but choose the flavor you like. White will make it a little spicier, Red will be a little sweeter.)
– 1 Can Diced Green Chili’s
– 1 Jalapeño (remove seeds if you don’t like spicy!)
– Rice Vinegar – to taste
– Garlic Salt – to taste
– Lime – to taste
– Cilantro (optional)
Directions:
– Dice everything up, throw it together and eat! Easy peasy!!! EASY, delicious fresh salsa in 10 minutes (or less).
What Should I Make With It? – EASY, homemade salsa recipe.
I love to make this EASY homemade salsa for a late night snack, as an awesome addition to walking tacos, hard-shell or soft-shelled tacos, burritos, nachos, fajitas… really anything Mexican. It adds so much to any dish as opposed to a canned salsa from the store.
However, if you are looking to make an AWESOME canned salsa, yourself: Check out my video on exactly how to do that, here.
