How do you make the best easy German Pancakes?
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
Turn oven on to 450. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish in oven while it’s warming up. Blend eggs, milk, flour and salt in blender and pour on top of melted butter. Bake 15-20 minutes until edges are golden brown and pancakes are puffed up.

How do you make Homemade Syrup? The best Candy Syrup.
- 1 stick of Butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and stir until wet. Add milk slowly and add vanilla. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Done. Easy peasy, right?!
***You can exchange coconut milk for the milk and add a little coconut extract.
