At the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café on Main Street we tried the two most popular macaroons the first one was the Rose Gold Macaroon. It was a little too sweet for us and not our favorite. The second one is the Mickey Macaron with raspberries inside. It was amazing and probably our favorite thing at Disneyland! We also tried their Key-lime cheesecake which was delicious and the egg, bacon, croissant with fruit was also amazing! That Cafe was a success!
Everyone rages about the dole whip at Disneyland. Did you know that you can get two different kinds? The dole whip float or the regular dole whip. The dole whip float comes with pineapple juice. We tried both of them and we like the regular dole whip better. Either way it’s a must have at Disneyland!
We have two secret menu items that are at the Galactic Grill. They are only by request and are not on the menu. The first one was the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and second was the Galactic Burger. We hands down liked the Galactic Burger the best! It had French fries, grilled onions with a delicious sauce on it. But the French fries there aren’t the greatest fries!
Now onto Churros! Disneyland is known for their churro’s and we tried four different flavors.
The Cocoa Churro- Most of us didn’t like this one. It had a spicy aftertaste and burned your throat a little.
The Pain Churro- It tastes similar to the Costco churro but still delicious and would rather have that over the cocoa.
The Strawberry Churro- We thought it was good, it tasted similar the strawberry Frosted Mini Wheat‘s!
The Carrot Cake Churro with raisin cream dipping sauce- This one was all of our favorite! It had the best flavor, with the best sauce, and a must have!
The bakery at Pooh corner has tons of amazing treats. If you’re over that way, go check out the fun variety of treats that they offer. I know their Carmel apples are great there!
Stage Door Café- They don’t have the best food, so don’t waste your time or money there.
The Royal Street Veranda. They have the best bread bowls! They are definitely worth it!
Blue Bayou- They have the famous Monte Christo Sandwich. It’s like a deep fried French toast with turkey and cheese with powdered sugar on top and raspberry dipping sauce. It’s a whopping $23 but most of us thought it was delicious except for Ashley. It was really rich but a crispy piece of heaven!
